Doctor in Literature from University of London, writer and educationist, retired officer from Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence. He belongs to a family of educationists and social workers. They established K.V. Post Graduate Collage, Machhra, Meerut(their native village)about fifty years back. It specialises in Science and Agriculture , enrolls about 5,000 students and have six hostels. The Collage is affiliated to Chaudhry Charan Singh University, Meerut. Dr.Choudhry is Founder Trustee of the K.V.P.G Collage Trust.

Dr. Choudhry has widely traveled and after retirement was closely associated with US Universities like Troy State University, Alabama Pittsburg State University, Kansas Illinois Institute of Technology,Chicago University of North Carolina, Raleigh Johnson & Wales University, Rhodes Island and many others. He is member and on various occasions chaired the selection committee of Indo-US Joint Education Program to select and award scholarship to Indian students to study in U.S.A
